In order to make purchases through the Web Store, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. The Web Store is available only to individuals and others who meet the Aisha Imran terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to Aisha Imran, whose applications are acceptable to Aisha Imran and who have authorized Aisha Imran to process a charge or charges on their credit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase. Aisha Imran reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.

Moreover, by making an offer to purchase merchandise, you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks and, where Aisha Imran feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your credit-card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions.

Aisha Imran will deliver its products almost all over the world (Please refer to the list of countries we deliver our products). Therefore the shipping charges will be included in the final bill at your checkout. The charges will vary from country to country.

When You use the Site or send emails or other data, information or communication to us, You agree and understand that You are communicating with us through electronic records and You consent to receive communications via electronic records from us periodically and as and when required. We will communicate with you by email or by an electronic record on our Site which will be deemed adequate service of notice / electronic record.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If you have registered your email address for notification of the arrival of a specific product featured on our website, we will attempt to notify you by email as soon as the product is available on the site. Please note that on occasion certain products that are in particularly high demand will sell out during this period.

Prices shown on the site are in USD (US Dollar) by default, and are inclusive of any local taxes. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The USD price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is accepted will be honored.

Customers buying from outside the Pakistan will also incur carriage/shipping costs and any duties levied by the jurisdiction to which you have specified delivery. If you are a customer whose credit card is not denominated in the currency supported by UBL go green, the final price will be calculated and charged in US Dollars which will be subjected to the prevailing exchange rate in your local currency.

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is an acceptance of your order. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Lahore, Pakistan and the language of the contract is English.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out above.

Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Aisha Imran Web Store whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Aisha Imran Web Store; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount (after deducting the relevant charges attached to the order cancellation). The charges will be communicated to you before the cancellation of your order. A request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 24 (twenty four) hours of making the order on the Site. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or orders for which request for cancellation is made after the expiry of 24 (twenty hours) from making the order. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The User agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation.

After the delivery of the product, if you are not satisfied with the product in terms of size, color or any other defect, the item can be exchanged within 2 days after the product delivery. Aisha Imran will conduct a proper checking process before exchanging the product. The product should fall in the following criteria before making an exchange:

1-The item should not be used.
2- All tags must be kept intact.
3- The item is either faulty or is incorrect in size or color.
4- Aisha Imran should receive it within 2 days.
5- Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
6- All costs (shipping charges, taxes and duties) will be borne by the customer at all times. The product can only be exchanged once after the purchase. No returns will be entertained by Aisha Imran.

If the product turns out to be faulty or has any defect, then the item can be exchanged within 48 hours but it will not be refunded.

Credit card and Debit card Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, and other cards through secure payment gateway of UBL go green , COD and through Al-Mushreq. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by Aisha Imran. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Aisha Imran, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We take all reasonable care to make our Web Store as secure as we can make it. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using UBL go green, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, Aisha Imran uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Web Store.

We may constantly monitor the user’s account in order to avoid fraudulent accounts and transactions. Users with more than one account or availing our services fraudulently shall be liable for legal actions under applicable law and we reserve the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers fees from persons using the Site fraudulently. We reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions. In the event of detection of any fraudulent or declined transaction, prior to initiation of legal actions, we reserve the right to immediately delete such account and dishonor all past and pending orders without any liability. For the purpose of this clause, we shall owe no liability for any refunds.

You expressly understand and agree that the company and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, shareholders and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, opportunity, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from use of the site, sale and supply of goods content or any related/unrelated services and other services offered on the site from time to time.

We endeavor to deliver the products to Users within 3 to 4 weeks usually after the date of purchase. Factors that may because delays include delay in delivery through the courier partner, transporters’ strike etc. We reserve the right to make delivery of the goods by installments. If the goods are to be delivered in installments, each delivery will constitute a separate contract. You may not treat the contract (as a whole) as repudiated if we fail to deliver any one or more of the installments or if you have a claim in respect of any one or more of the installments. If you fail to take delivery of the goods, we may at our discretion charge you for the additional shipping cost.Please note we ensure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
