After the delivery of the product, if you are not satisfied with the product in terms of size, color or any other defect, the item can be exchanged within 2 days after the product delivery. Aisha Imran will conduct a proper checking process before exchanging the productThe product should fall in the following criteria before making an exchange:
1) The item should not be used.
2) All tags must be kept intact.
3) The item is either faulty or is incorrect in size or color.
4) Aisha Imran should receive it within 2 days.
5) Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
6) All costs (shipping charges, taxes and duties) will be borne by the customer at all times. The product can only be exchanged once after the purchase. No returns will be entertained by Aisha Imran.
If the product turns out to be faulty or has any defect, then the item can be exchanged within 48 hours but it will not be refunded
There is no exchange policy as per customer's liking or disliking of the product since all outfits are made to order for our esteemed customers.
All formals or bridals due to non-payment are not eligible for a refund. The customer is provided 7 days notice to pay. No refund of the advance payment.
